2017 Inaugural Grants Celebration

Thank you to everyone who joined us at the spectacular Sergeants’ Mess to celebrate the culmination of our granting year. We were very privledged to have Joseph Skrzynski as our guest speaker (read about Joseph Skrzynski here), who set the scene for the night. Our four IMPACT100 Sydney North finalists explained the impact they could make on young people’s lives with our $100,000, after which members voted for the Primary Grant Recipient. Thanks to the generosity of our members and Rotary Club of Mosman we were also able to give $10,000 grants to the other three finalists. Members and friends learnt about the non-profit organisations doing inspiring work helping young people risk, enjoyed a two course meal, wine and entertainment, and met old and new friends. We saw the democratic process of collective giving in action, and that together, we can make a difference.
