We are volunteers of all ages and backgrounds pooling our resources to make a lasting impact on the quality of life in our city.

OUR MISSION

We aim to provide high impact grants that reach under-served populations, raise the profile of deserving but lesser known not-for-profit organisations, highlight unmet needs, and increase involvement in philanthropy across Australia.

ADVISORY COMMITTEE

Tina Jackson, Chair

Tina is Co-founder of Do Something and the Community Independents Project and former CEO of the National Trust of Australia, before which she managed a wide range of membership and for purpose organisations. Connect on LinkedIn


Andrew Everingham, Events and Marketing

Jane Barns, Membership, Management Committee

Jane is Founder of Foodsense, a nutrition consulting business she ran for over 25 years, specialising in regulatory issues. Jane now concentrates on her extensive volunteer activities.


Wallace Fan, Grants

Kate Saunders, Grants, Management Committee

Kate has an investment banking background, has worked for multiple not for profit organisations and now consults to social purpose organisations. Ursula Hogben, Membership and Communications
Ursula has a corporate and capital raising law background. She has co-founded several enterprises including LegalVision ILP and Zero Emissions Sydney North Inc, and is Advisor and Company Secretary to several renewable energy, sustainable and social impact enterprises. Connect on LinkedIn.

Chris Lee, Grants, Management Committee

Chris has an engineering and management consultancy background with a wealth of experience in humanitarian work, philanthropy and the not-for-profit sector.

Anna is a tech entrepreneur and a climate and social impact philanthropist.

Deb has a background in technology and many years experience of philanthropy and granting.

 


Mark Wallis, Membership and Grants

Michael Ryan, Grants, Communications, Management Committee

Michael has over 35 years’ experience as a partner in leading Australian and International law firms, specialising in corporate and commercial law.
